  Doctors are God to Us      A doctor dedicates his life to the service of the patients. He or she relieves the sufferings and pain of mankind. He cures them from disease and illness. He strives to make the life of others better and healthier. The doctor works to prevent spread of the epidemics. Every now and then dangerous diseases grab the humanity. It is the doctor who finds the cure. Doctors require medical staffs that help them in performing their treatment. They are very proficient and have proved their importance time and again for mankind. They don't have a fixed lifestyle like five days of working or only an 8 hours time slot and so on. They have to be available any seconds of the emergency. There will be any type of emergencies such as an accident, any unbearable pain in any organ or any other reason relating to the patient.

  Bad Effects of Junk food           Foods can be classified into two types, unhealthy (junk) and healthy food. Junk food is the easiest way to gain unhealthy weight. The amount of fats and sugar in the food makes you gain weight rapidly. Eating junk food on a regular basis can lead to an increased risk of obesity and chronic diseases like cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and some cancers. Junk food high in sodium can lead to increased headaches and migraine. Junk food high in carbs can trigger outbreaks of acne. Eating excessive amounts of junk food may increase your risk of depression. The carbs and sugar in fast foods can lead to dental cavities. junk food contains a higher level of carbohydrates. It will instantly spike your blood sugar levels.

  sisters love            Another sister knows how strong it is to have a sister. As I think you have to be lucky to have a sister. I am very lucky because I have an elder sister and a younger sister. I am fortunate to have a sister to be close to when I am sad. Sisters may drive you crazy, get into your stuff and irritate you. However, if anyone else dares say so, a sister will defend you to the death. A sister is a special type of angel on earth who brings out your best qualities. Sisters help make the hard times easier and the easy times more fun. Sister, we share so many moments that no one else will understand. We laugh at inside jokes, have our own catch phrases, and understand each other's joy and pain. Sisters are not always by blood or DNA.   sisters are our follow women. The personal hygiene may be in the form of bathing, hair shaving or having a hair cut, brushing the teeth, washing hands and clothes. Personal hygiene is so important. It should be a part of every people lives. Having excellent personal hygiene can make you feel more confident, and increase your self - esteem, because you feel very happy, and clean. We should have to keep ourselves neat and clean. Whenever there is dirt, there are germs that thrive in it. Also, the dirt is light in air and thus it moves around in the air.

 Importance of Dancing  Every culture around the world has its own form of dance, and these dance forms are enthusiastically embraced not just by people of that cultural group, but by other people around the world as well. It’s usually something that’s done with music, a rhythm, a beat, and/or a melody. Dancing is a physical activity which requires certain skill sets and can be labeled as a sport. Dance is a way to express or release feelings within the body and also improved condition of your heart and lungs. increased muscular strength, endurance and motor fitness. increased aerobic fitness. improved muscle tone and strength.

  PETS IN MY HOME There are 2 types of pets in my home. They are birds and a dog. My birds are belongs to the budgie breed that is a one type love birds. After passing the A/L exam I asked for birds as a gift from my father. It was a very Happy day for me. Dad and I worked hard to build a beautiful cage for my birds. After a while they hatched.. I waited impatiently for them to break the egg.. two little chicks came out..😊 I fed them. I had names for them. Tutoo, Titi, Yellow, Green, Blue, Riyo etc.  there are 10 birds inside the cage until now.  I was very happy with them.   Now I talkin about my dog, My sisters and I have loved  puppies since we were little.  No matter how much we asked, Dad did not want us to bring a puppy home.. but one day Dad secretly brought us a puppy, Dad came home with a puppy...😁😁we shouted that day and we were happy.😊  He was 2 months when we brought him to our home.   My puppy belongs to the Labrador breed.   MY SCHOOL LIFE   My school is Dehiattakandiya National School. It is a rural place located near by Dehiattakandiya Town. No matter how difficult it is, my school is very beatiful.I still remember the first day I went to school was very scary.  Dad didn't let go and lost his temper.😓  Over time, I got used to those things. I found a lot of teachers who loved me a lot.  It was a lot of fun back then. I met a lot of friends. 👭those friends are still with me. I think I'm a clever girl.  I got high marks in school term test. I participated in dance.  I was a member of the school dancing group. I had a lot of success.   MY FIRST FLIGHT My first Flight is Bangkok.it still feels like a dream to me.I went there with my family members .We started our journey at 3.30 A.M.We spend five days in Bangkok Palace Hotel. It was a very  beautiful hotel. We went to Saffari world, Dream world, etc.I went shoping a lot. I got lost that day.So I was very scared.I  never forget those few days.We all had a lot of fun that day.

MY HERO Dad is my whole world. He is very friendly by nature and he is not only my father, but also my mother and best friend. I don't wanna see his tears.  So I want to win the whole world in a way that makes his heart happy. My father has taught me the good things of life which will always help me in my future.  Father is my every thing. I can't live without him. I love my father every day.....👪

  ONE OF THE HAPPIEST DAY OF MY LIFE I got up in the morning and went out with my father, sister and a few other family members to see the beautiful places  in the ella area.👪We started our journey across the nine arches bridge.Then we went to see the little Sri Pada. There we had lunch.No matter how difficult the journey, we did not feel any fatigue due to the beauty of the environment.Next we went to see Ravana Falls. It is the most beautiful waterfall I have ever seen.My sister's hobby is photography and she photographed all the beautiful places in this environment.
